Physiotheraphy treatment

remember 1 week ago i went for physiotheraphy..
2 days ago i just went for the treatment
erm..
this time i be clever liao..
coz i brought my mp3 to accompany me..
if not the whole treatment which last for 1 hour will be very bored!
but actually..(i got the main reason one.*__*)
1 week ago..
the treatment just made me so crazy
& me just lik a siao po!
This is because the treatment is too geli
i just keep on laughing for the 1 hour..
NON STOP!
there are 3 steps for the treatment..
1st step: dunno~(just know got current nia)
2nd step: ultrasound
3rd step: put ice on my knee
each steps takes about 15 minutes..
the current is the most terrible one...
because dunno how many times of vibrations in 1 second..
so i keep on laughing!
after this 3 steps
the doctor will help me with stretching exercise..
wow..
got 1 exersice really let me so terkejut
the doctor pulled my leg!!
oh my god!!
the doctor just keep on asked me relax..
if not it's hard to pull..
haih..
now me very kesian lo..
everyday need to do stretching exercise...

0 stars were shining bright even without the moon
